Sustainability 
Environmental design, environmentally sustainable design, environmentally conscious Design , the built environment, social economic and ecological services. 
Consumerism 
consumerism is a social and economic order that encourages the purchase of goods and services in greater and greater amounts. The term consumer refers to the "consumerist movement".
Modernism
In a broad definition, is modern thought, character or practice. the term describes the modernist movement, in the artists set of cultural tendencies and associated cultural movements, originally arising from wide scale changes to western society in the late 19th and 20th century.
Social impact
Understanding the effects  on society that happen as a result of an action, activity, project, programme or policy. 
The impact of this action or activity can be positive or negative, and can be intended or unintended, or a combination or all of these.
Proper gander 
form of communication that is aimed towards influencing the attitudes of a community toward some cause or position by presenting only one side of an argument.
Visual Language
a system of communication using visual elements. The elements in an image represent  concepts in a spatial context, rather than the linear form used for words.
