1-Breakfast Tea

4- Chai Tea


With its powerful antioxidant properties, tea helps reduce inflammation. Chai tea's anti-inflammatory star is ginger. Ayurveda frequently recommends ginger for inflammatory conditions like arthritis. In a paper published by the National Institutes of Health PubMed, Grzanna, Lindmark and Frondoza of RMG Biosciences state that recent research has proved the ancient belief that ginger is a powerful anti-inflammatory.


5-Assam Tea


Drinking Assam tea – or any other beverage with caffeine – may decrease the risk of getting Parkinson’s disease. For men, consuming 124 to 208 mg of caffeine per day, about two to four cups of Assam tea, significantly reduces the risk of Parkinson’s, while higher consumption provided a greater reduction of risk.

6-Earl Grey Tea
Fluoride is a natural ingredient of Earl Grey tea. It helps fight tooth decay and protects your teeth from cavities in a healthier way than the fluoride that is often added to city drinking water. Catechin is another substance found in Earl Grey that fights off oral infections

7-Lady Grey Tea
Drinking black tea can help to reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes, as it helps to expand the arteries, which increases blood flow to the heart.

8-Camomile Tea 
Chamomile tea's most well-known benefit is as a sleep aid. It is known for its relaxing and soothing properties and is often taken before bed to promote restful sleep.

9-Peppermint Tea
Peppermint tea benefits digestion, which in turn lowers the gas accumulation in the intestines.  Various other ailments regarding this area, such as irritable bowel syndrome have been known to be cured by peppermint tea benefits.  More information can be found at the research conducted at the University of Maryland.

10- Darjeeling Tea
Darjeeling tea, like other black teas, contains antioxidants called flavonoids that fight cellular damage. The detoxifying action of antioxidants protects cells from free radical damage, which can contribute to blood clot formation, cancer and atherosclerosis.
